Everything you will find here is made in my kitchen with top quality ingredients (mostly organic) without preservatives, artificial flavors or refined sugars. My intention is to nourish you the same way I nourish myself and my loved ones.

Nourishme Gourmet Granola

This granola came to life thanks to my frustrated visits to the supermarket. Most products I found were too sweet or expensive and I wasnt satisfied with the flavor. This gourmet granola has a unique balance of powerful nutrients + flavor + love. It can last up to 4 weeks if kept in the sealed bag or a glass mason jar in a cool and dry place.

Ingredients

Nourishme Protein Bars (organic)

Simply put,  this is the perfect snack for you and your family. Since the main ingredient is peanut butter, it’s important to keep it in the fridge. It can last fresh for up to 3-4 weeks.

Ingredients

Peanut butter, raisins, pepitas, whole oats, flaxseed meal, honey and cinnamon. All ingredients are organic. Check this link for nutritional information.

Nourishme Breakfast Cookies

These beauties can save you if you are in a rush and you need to fuel with good nutrients. They are soft inside with a light pumpkin spice. I like to have it with a cup of tea for breakfast on-the-go.

Ingredients

Old fashioned oats, quick oats, pumpkin pureé, pumpkin seeds, dried unsweetened cranberries, organic flaxseed meal, organic honey, organic unrefined coconut oil, home made pumpkin spice, sea salt, organic eggs.
